The protection of your privacy and data is very important to Semmelrock and we always take it into consideration when conducting our business. In this statement we shall inform you of which data Semmelrock collects when you visit our web site and for what purpose it is used.

If you register on the Semmelrock website, or order either a newsletter or information material we will save various information which you have given to us, such as name, e-mail, areas of interest or your company name. We use this information to offer you services or perhaps to send you requested information material, such as a newsletter. You may of course withdraw your consent at any time, simply by sending an e-mail to international@semmelrock.com stating that you no longer wish to receive information.
 

2. Passing on personal data
Under no circumstances will Semmelrock pass on your data to third parties or otherwise allow third parties access to your data. Your data will only be used internally by other organisations or companies of the Semmelrock Group or by authorised third parties for carrying out advertising or service tasks; however, these third parties may not use this data for their own purposes or pass the information on to others.

According to the Austrian Data Protection Act, we herewith inform you that the anonymous technical connection data are being collected, edited, stored and used by the company Semmelrock International GmbH in order to comply with legal requirements and for internal market research and marketing purposes.

This Privacy Statement is only valid for the website of Semmelrock Group and not for other companies whose websites we are linked to.
 

5. Unsubscribe the newsletter
Users who wish to no longer receive our newsletter or promotional emails may click on a link named “Unsubscribe the newsletter” which is embedded with every email sent by Semmelrock in order to not receive future messages.


6. Usage of Cookies
This website is using web cookies. A cookie is a text file containing small amounts of information which are downloaded to your computer when visiting our website.
